Jim Donohue is horrible to deal with, as a property manager. One of his rentals is in our neighborhood. We had a rowdy group there in May, and several of us called Jim, who said he would go over and talk to them. He never did. Another neighbor called him with a concern, and he said she was telling "untruths" and said to quit harrassing him. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM I TRIP!!! We rented Puffin Place in Lincoln City OR in September 2025 and WOW what a huge disappointment!! The pictures are NOT accurate at all. When we booked the kitchen showed a nice stainless steel hood over the stove but when we showed up not only was it not there but there was an actual hole in the wall where it should be. Best views ever
As a college student who rented out for a christen youth group getaway, I would not recommend the Eagle Crest spot , lots of old folks who are not super fond with late night backyard fun. If your older and looking for a quiet spot to vacation sure this is the spot. But big family’s and big friend groups will not be the best. Thanks!
