We had an excellent stay here at the Oregon Coast. The house was very clean and spacious. The view of the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We loved having several bathrooms for our group. Communication and check in were easy. We liked the location. It was peaceful but also just a short drive from town. We hope to come back soon!
We enjoyed this lovely home near the beach for our grown kids and grands. The layout was perfect!

READ if you want a vacation home with a working hot tub! Confirm with property manager PRIOR to stay the hot tub works. It was ice cold upon our arrival and was not working. Property manager does NOT verify hot tub is in working order prior to stay, they did not fix, and they did not offer discount/credit on current stay even after multiple conversations. Unsure we trust them for future visits.
Jim Donohue is horrible to deal with, as a property manager. One of his rentals is in our neighborhood. We had a rowdy group there in May, and several of us called Jim, who said he would go over and talk to them. He never did. Another neighbor called him with a concern, and he said she was telling "untruths" and said to quit harrassing him. Another neighbor called him when some of the rental guests were trespassing on his property, hoping he would address the issue, but it ended up in a yelling match and a hang up.
