We are leaving the Caribe tomorrow. The condos, pools, lazy river are all great. The problem was the condo not being checked by iTrip before we arrived. First upon arrival the refrigerator didn't work and it was after hours. Called, got someone, gave info then they cut me off. Never called back but we discovered the breaker was turned off. Then next day we were going to cook something and the stove would not work and they were again closed so e-mailed and had to wait till the next day so did not cook. Only leaving one because zero wasn't an option. They are horrible worth very low standards. I do NOT recommend.
Don’t rent from them! We paid all this money. Door access code isn’t working. Customer service hung up on us. They won’t give us an ETA of when we can get in the unit. We drove in from Indiana and are losing an entire afternoon of vacation for renting at the enclave 902 for 3 nights for almost $2000. We brought our family of 8 for a 3 nights get away and have been treated like trash so far.
We had the perfect location. Our rental was very clean and exactly as advertised. We were very impressed. Directions and instructions were perfect. They followed up with us during our stay. Very responsive in all our Communications.
I loved dealing with iTrip. They were very timely with their communications, clear and consise. They even checked in on us after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely book with them again.
