This is the corporate office for the franchised company, iTrip vacations. Unfortunately, they don't pick up their phone and hide behind voicemail. Any message left won't get responded to -- rather it is transcribed and forwarded to their inept franchise base. I don't do business with companies that can't take a minute to return a phone call. Just unacceptable.
iTrip Vacations had this condo listed for rent as "beautiful" and showed all 5 star reviews. Room 103 at the Hawaiian Inn, Daytona Shores, Florida. We booked it for a Christmas/New Years (2019/2020) 2 week vacation. You can imagine how upset we were. When I complained and demanded a discount I was accused of "blackmail" by iTrips. I'll be contacting BBB and the local Federal Trade Commission.
Horrendous customer service. I will never do business with this company again.
