I train with my personal trainer as well as on my own. It's a smaller, well equiped fitness facility. Very clean. The manager, Heather, is great.
Great staff
My trainer Micah is awesome. He trains discipline and form. Before I worked out with him, I had a hard time doing squats and they are now part of my normal routine. He makes the workout fun and productive. He is a people person and can develop workout regimes for all types of personal goals.
Love the facility. My trainer " Micah" is awesome. He assess my weaknesses,pushes me towards my goals with tenacity and encouragement. He makes workout time " fun time".
