MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE 10 DOLLAR SUPPLIES FEE AND GETTING MEDICARE NUMBER WHEN JUST GOT APPROVED. FELT VERY PRESSURED AND URGED TO GO HOME AND FIND IT OR CALL SOCIAL SECURITY AND GET IT. SO THEY COULD BILL THEM TODAY NOW VERY VERY VERY AWKWARD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I JUST GAVE THE GUY A RIDE AND HELPED HIM WRITE I OFFERED UP THAT HE JUST I MEAN FEW DAYS AGO WAS APPROVED NO CARD YET. I can't say enough great things about ITR. They helped me 9 years ago with my first knee replacement so I decided I would go with them again for this one. Sara was my main therapist and was incredible. Always felt like she was there to get me to where I wanted to get to. Beings that this was my second, I would ask questions about how to get certain muscles back working again and she always helped. Thanks again and I would highly recommend these guys.
Bri and Jennifer were my PT and PT assistant and they were both absolutely incredible at what they do and had so much passion towards helping me on my physical therapy journey!! I highly recommend ITR and the care they give you is 5 stars!! They definitely have helped me so much and I’m super grateful! ❤️
