From the moment I stepped into this place, I was given help, respect, and the best treatment possible. All the staff were amazing. My physical therapist showed genuine care towards me and went above and beyond to treat me with compassion and understanding. Melinda was also kind, patient, and encouraging. I flourished and should I need to return, I will with the assurance that they would do their best!!!!
MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE 10 DOLLAR SUPPLIES FEE AND GETTING MEDICARE NUMBER WHEN JUST GOT APPROVED. FELT VERY PRESSURED AND URGED TO GO HOME AND FIND IT OR CALL SOCIAL SECURITY AND GET IT. SO THEY COULD BILL THEM TODAY NOW VERY VERY VERY AWKWARD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I JUST GAVE THE GUY A RIDE AND HELPED HIM WRITE I OFFERED UP THAT HE JUST I MEAN FEW DAYS AGO WAS APPROVED NO CARD YET. I can't say enough great things about ITR. They helped me 9 years ago with my first knee replacement so I decided I would go with them again for this one. Sara was my main therapist and was incredible. Always felt like she was there to get me to where I wanted to get to. Beings that this was my second, I would ask questions about how to get certain muscles back working again and she always helped. Thanks again and I would highly recommend these guys.
