Very Rude. Salesman hung up when inquiring to become a dealer. Stated that he could not make a decision regarding application and also could not give me volume specifics on being a dealer. Would not let me speak to anyone else. Said very rudely "keep buying where you already are" and "this conversation is going nowhere" then hung up. As a business owner with 15+ employees I would not tolerate an employee speaking to someone trying to spend money with my business in this manner.
Great aftermarket undercarriage iron or rubber good quality been doing business with them for years.

We purchased an idler for one of our customers. The bearing failed in less than 4months. Warranty was denied stating by the date code on the idler it couldn't have been purchased by us. They have no documentation showing the date code for the idler we purchased. Be aware how they handle warranties.
I unloaded at ITR Solutions. Building next to ITR America. Same company. I was in a dock right in away. Unloaded in less than 30 minutes.
