We Walked out! Haven't come across someone as rude as Ren in a long time, my wife was trying to get her tax return done, i was helping Ren expalain some items to my wife and Ren asked me for some of my information that was needed to complete my wife's return and then totally ignored me when I tried to give her the info, then acted very very rude, extemely unproffessional! I booked a 20-minute consult assuming this would be enough time, I had plenty of expenses to work through and was unsure on the process for inputing tech equipment regarding cost depreciation. Ren walked me through the process in record speed, answering any queries I had along the way and asking the right questions in case any deductions were missed or forgotten. Ren was incredibly helpful and happy to educate over just plainly doing the work and sending you off. Very thorough, I will be returning :)
