I am pretty surprised upon reading some of these reviews as I have had the complete opposite experience with Itoya's customer service department. Most recently, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Dennis. I found him to be polite, friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love their products and am always waiting to see what new lines they are launching.
I'm just about to hit my year mark working for itoya and felt it appropriate the celebrate with a review. I haven't stayed at any company for much longer than a year, but it's been so wonderful working here that it will likely be the first one I choose to stay at long term. Itoya really works to understand the needs of its employees and its customers. It's been really amazing to feel heard by my boss and to participate in creating products that our customers have asked for. I can't imagine a better place to work.
