I had to return 3 times and spent a total of 4 hours dealing with a screen replacement for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Between the $120 fee and the value of my lost time, this cost me $320. Unfortunately, the phone started overheating immediately after their service, and I eventually had to take it to the Apple Store to be fixed correctly. I wouldn't recommend risking your time or money here.
This dude is insane I should’ve got his name I came in extra early because my phone wasn’t working at all my whole half of my screen unresponsive this guy says give me 20 minutes he finished in 15 and it’s perfect thank you
They do tight efficient work, I walked in around 6 and left not even 20 minutes later. Customer service was great, with them speaking spanish as well.

Horrible! My daughter dropped my phone and the screen went white with lines all over. I called around and this was the cheapest but of course they didn’t have the screen to replace it so I had to wait a few days. I called back and the next person I spoke with wanted to charge me more than the original person. I let her know that I had been told the other price so they honored it.
