Writing this 1 year after purchasing Mimaki TS100 -1600 and calendar heat press from ITNH in 2025. First off their sales team was incredible fast at responding, well informed and answered all our questions and assured us that the 1000D Polyester we needed to print would be a breeze and that they had many customers doing it. Having had a very bad experience with a first generation DTF printer we decided, after much research to purchase the Mimaki TX150. We had options on where to purchase but decided on ITNH given their location two hour away. It was the best decision we made as their support has been outstanding. They are extremely responsive when we have questions (both software and printer) and have responded quickly for any on-site service needs. I cannot imagine being without the team at ITNH. I purchased a mimaki 6042mkii e a couple of years ago and the purchase and installation was a seamless process. The team at ITNH is always willing to help whenever I need assistance and are quick to respond if my machine ever has any issues. Recently, my printer needed maintenance and I had outstanding orders which were a high priority. They made accommodations to ensure my orders were completed in time and I will forever be grateful. We bought a 6042 MKII E model UV machine from this company. They came to install it in April of this year. Or rather, they failed to install it properly. Before we even started using it, the machine's print head was faulty, and they had to replace it. Within two months, all the print heads of the machine broke down.
