The team at ITNH is always willing to help whenever I need assistance and are quick to respond if my machine ever has any issues. We bought a 6042 MKII E model UV machine from this company. They came to install it in April of this year. Or rather, they failed to install it properly. Before we even started using it, the machine's print head was faulty, and they had to replace it. Within two months, all the print heads of the machine broke down. Having had a very bad experience with a first generation DTF printer we decided, after much research to purchase the Mimaki TX150. We had options on where to purchase but decided on ITNH given their location two hour away. It was the best decision we made as their support has been outstanding. We purchased a DTF printer from ITNH. The Machine arrived on time, and it's working perfectly. The customer service team was extraordinary. ITNH set up the machine, trained our staff and has been available for any questions and concerns since. ITNH also arranged excellent financing.
