1 star because I can't give 0 stars. They were paid to clear a package and they didn't bother. My package has been with customs for weeks with no update from ITN. Their communication is absolutely abysmal, I need to message them daily in order to have them take a look at my packages status only to then realize they never did what they were paid thousands of dollars to do. If you want your package to sit in customs then get incinerated, you can rely on ITN. Otherwise this company is a complete scam.
Terrible and unreasonable management of employees.
