I’ve been using ITN for over a year now, and customer service for air shipments have always been excellent to the point of impeccable. Queeny is always very helpful and friendly. Even in these troubled times with covid-19, when airspace is super hard to secure, she still provided quotes at somewhat reasonable prices. Also their sea shipping is reliable.
