As enfermeiras são ótimas, o problema é que mesmo com apontamento nunca começa na hora. Meu apontamento era 2:00 eu não fui chamada pra fazer só o exame antes de doar até 2:45 qual é o ponto de fazer o apontamento então? Só estou fazendo review por que é toda vez que acontece isso mesmo tendo apontamento! Mais o resto daria 5 estrelas!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. today to donate blood, but it took three hours before I was finally called. There were only two staff members working, and I was already concerned because some donors before me were having difficulty — the staff could not find their veins. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. I have been a donor since 2024 and have never experienced this issue before.
