These people NEVER answer the telephones whether its the Miami or Pompano location. If by chance someone answers the phone...the don t speak English...at BOTH locations. This ia AMERICA! Llevo una semana intentando comunicarme para sacar unas citas y he llamado a 3 números el que aparece aquí, el que envían ellos por SMS y el que aparece en whatsapp no entiendo qué pasa con ustedes y el no querer contestar los teléfonos
Even though some of the staff are nice , the lack of knowledge should worry anyone , The call all the time to make an appointment them send me few messages everyday to remind me of the appointment, and when I get there they told me I could not donate because I already donated 6 time in the year, what a nonsense , I am on a testosterone treatment and my doctor told me to donate blood every two month to avoid clots, I have been donating blood every 2 month for years at other organization and even at this place I am pretty sure... read more
El día de hoy domingo 24 de agosto 2025 las personas que estaban en el local , muy mala técnica para la extracción de sangre Me lastimaron la vena porque no supieron la manera correcta de extraer sangre de una vena delgada , más de 6 donaciones aquí en Miami Lakes y Nunca había tenido problemas , si me lo han dicho que mis venas son finitas pero nunca me habían lastimado!
