I arrived as requested 15 minutes prior to appointment. After waiting 45 minutes asked the receptionist the status of my visit. Meanwhile the message board was saying all doctors were on schedule. Not sure why those boards are even there, even the receptionist admitted the information was rarely accurate and there was never any information provided by the Dr. or staff. I was on time for the appointment but had to wait.
Let me start off by saying that his staff was incredibly helpful and wonderful. Those who greeted me in the morning were kind, his techs were helpful, and his residents were compassionate. Now to Dr. Gonzalez. Without a doubt, my visit with Dr. Gonzalez was the worst experience I have ever had with a physician in my entire life. He not only showed up an hour late, but I could hear him spend less than 3 minutes with patients in neighboring exam rooms as he rushed door to door. I've been Dr. Trivedi's patient for almost 5 years and she is a great doctor. She is very well informed on the newest research and is very willing to share that with you and all your available options. She is very clear and your future and is very good at working through any problems you may have. I trust her a lot and have appreciated her as my doctor. A doctor becomes a part of your life when you have a chronic illness, and I am very glad Dr. Trivedi is mine.
Dr. Chi is a pill pusher for everything! She tries to push unnecessary services on you to make money for the hospital. However, Dr. Chi will listen to your concerns and is proactive in your care. You can not reach her by phone. Most of her staff is polite but she has one main nurse that is sarcastic and indirectly rude with a smile.
He is an outstanding communicator--clear, use terms the common man can understand, skilled.
I went to see the Dr. CHI on Nov 10 , 2016 . She prescribe me 2 medication. When I got to my Pharmacy my Insurance didn't coverage it. I call the Clinic to tell the Dr to change my medication . Its Nov 21, 2016 and the Dr haven't call the Pharmacy to change the medication. I'm still with my allergies and what I have to do see her so she could call the Pharmacy? Take a day off work so the Dr could change it . If I knew this I should of stay with my old Dr.
