Jessica and Elsie have been amazing to work with as we’ve started new programs at our company. They have gone above and beyond to help troubleshoot issues and fix any issues that arise (mainly from my end), and they have been quick in their responses and encouraging along the way!
We've had such a great experience working with iTickets. Their team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely easy to partner with every step of the way. In live events there are always a million moving pieces behind the scenes, and having a team you can trust makes all the difference. I have purchased tickets to The BLUE concert only for it to be postponed and eventually cancelled and since I have not received any communication in regards to my refund despite sending multiple emails following up
I purchased tickets for a concert which ended up being delayed and now cancelled. I was sorely disappointed that it was cancelled. I am however appalled at the way I have been treated over the phone and emails as iTickets is refusing to refund me and now pointing fingers at the promoter for refunds, I purchased this through iTickets as they seemed to be a large enough reputable company. This will be the last time I ever use iTickets
