I have purchased tickets to The BLUE concert only for it to be postponed and eventually cancelled and since I have not received any communication in regards to my refund despite sending multiple emails following up
I purchased tickets for a concert which ended up being delayed and now cancelled. I was sorely disappointed that it was cancelled. I am however appalled at the way I have been treated over the phone and emails as iTickets is refusing to refund me and now pointing fingers at the promoter for refunds, I purchased this through iTickets as they seemed to be a large enough reputable company. This will be the last time I ever use iTickets
Have tickets ordered since november 2024 events less thsn 2 weeks away and still havent shipped ordered a bundle package then too and still havent seen it either tell me why a souvenior packsge hasnt shipped over 7 months later ,these guys dont deserve to be vendors for major events
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a company. They were lucky enough to sell a ticket to me, yet have mercilessly spammed my email "reminding me to download my ticket" 30 f'ing times. I have unsubscribed, sent multiple complaints, tried to contact multiple email addresses and I am still getting emails. They are violating multiple consumer protection laws. Truly baffling they treat customers like this
