Mark Costello My experience with this agent was very disappointing. He promised updates at set times, but I received no calls, no messages, and had to chase information myself. The communication was unclear and left me feeling there was little transparency in the process. This raised concerns about the professionalism and ethics involved. As a buyer, I felt completely uninformed about what was happening with my offer. I hope future clients receive clearer, more honest communication.

Our experience with Ben as property manager has been deeply disappointing and, ultimately, unprofessional. Abhorrent. Poor. Disgusting. 20 yrs of investing and 6 months with iThink was too long. The worst service (if you can call it that) we've ever experienced. No care shown for our property. Didn't work for us at any point. And made sure they ruined any chance of taking the damage to QCAT. Office of Fair Trading next stop for us. Good riddance and good luck to anyone else who uses iThink in Ipswich or Toowoomba.
