Worst bank ever. Literally will steal your money and lock you out of your account. I had $50 in an account and they wouldn't let me login to transfer it, then they took $40 of it and refused to refund it back to me. Absolute thieves. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Today was my first time visiting this branch, I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard and the other guys out front and I must say it was a 100% pleasurable experience. All the guys were extremely helpful and very friendly, I will certainly return.
Neighborhood branch of the iTHINK Financial credit union (formerly the IBM Southeast Credit Union). Friendly, helpful staff. ATM facing the parking lot. Convenient, easy access from Boynton Beach Boulevard and Congress Avenue.
