I've been with iTHINK Financial for many years. I have had 4 loans and several accounts with them. After everything I've experienced, I honestly wish I had gone with a national bank instead. My biggest issue is the roughly $2,000 in fees that were added to my loans. These were not insignificant charges. The fees were rolled directly into the loan balance, which meant I was charged interest on those fees for the life of the loan, increasing both the total amount I owed and my monthly payment.
