I've been with iTHINK Financial for many years. I have had 4 loans and several accounts with them. After everything I've experienced, I honestly wish I had gone with a national bank instead. My biggest issue is the roughly $2,000 in fees that were added to my loans. These were not insignificant charges. The fees were rolled directly into the loan balance, which meant I was charged interest on those fees for the life of the loan, increasing both the total amount I owed and my monthly payment. Shahbaz was absolutely incredible. I cannot say I’ve ever had a better service when setting up a new bank account and Savings account. He was so kind and pretty funny too lol

Its an ok institution if you're looking for free checking and such. Customer service is mediocre at the branch and in my experience, if you happen to have your card number stolen and they commit fraudulent activity on your account don't expect any help or protection from IThink. The reason that I was given for them not refunding the fraudulent activity (even though they claim that there is protection from this sort of thing) is because I'd shopped at that establishment 1 time within the last 4 months which is also the same p... read more
