They mention on their website they work with unincorporated associations and then decline you without a valid reason. The branch manager is incompetent period. Yet this bank claims they are a not for profit. Make it make sense.
I’m extremely disappointed with iTHINK Financial Credit Union. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone when you need assistance. I’ve called multiple times, waited on hold for long periods, and still couldn’t reach a representative.
