I have been a member for over 20yrs and this credit union has gone downhill. There is no point in staying, I will be leaving going to navy federal.
This credit union was awesome when it was IBM Southeast Employees Credit Union. Since it became “ithink” it went downhill. Communication got worse, turn-around time for loan qualifications are ridiculous, the online platform feels ancient to use, and the rates are only decent if you want to finance something for 36mo or less. I have excellent credit, and 1 day I sat at Ithink location for over 2 hours waiting to get pre-qualified for a vehicle only to be offered a rate higher than the dealership… All they could talk about th... read more

Theft is on the rise here. This bank will hold debit card transactions for a week. When this happens, it will cause your account to go into mean overdraft fees because in your account it will show where you made the transactions and it appears that the transaction was deducted from your account...WRONG!! If I make a purchase for $20 and I only have $5 in there, this bank will NOT APPROVE OF THAT CHARGE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE OVERDRAFT PROTECTION ON THIS ACCOUNT, THEREFORE MY PURCHASE WILL BE DECLINED AT THE REGISTER RIGHT?
