I have been a member for over 20yrs and this credit union has gone downhill. There is no point in staying, I will be leaving going to navy federal.
This credit union was awesome when it was IBM Southeast Employees Credit Union. Since it became “ithink” it went downhill. Communication got worse, turn-around time for loan qualifications are ridiculous, the online platform feels ancient to use, and the rates are only decent if you want to finance something for 36mo or less. I have excellent credit, and 1 day I sat at Ithink location for over 2 hours waiting to get pre-qualified for a vehicle only to be offered a rate higher than the dealership… All they could talk about th... read more
