I asked the delivery staff to put my food outside my building entrance but the food was taken away before I even got to the entrance. IthacaToGo helped me to contact the restaurant and they sent me replacement food for free pretty soon.
Long time customer. The issues have been getting worse and worse over time. I have had multiple instances where they will say a restaurant is open and the order will go through and charge my card, but will either reject the order after a half hour of thinking your food is coming, or give the delivery date as the next day. Doordash all the way!!!
They never answer the phone when during their stated business hours. You're better off using Doordash or another delivery company Update! I finally got to a real person. I told them about the horrible experience I had trying to deal with the restaurant because I couldn't get Ithaca To Go to answer my call for an hour. The manager of the restaurant was extremely rude and hung up on me so I asked to cancel the order. I got everything that I ordered and they are the only people that deliver to where I live in the sticks so Thanks so much and the driver got everything to me in a reasonable amount of time
