Excellent staff. Maintenance crew are great. All very helpful.

Both Megan and Kaylee have been super helpful with everything!
They have either misplaced my application or totally discarded it. They have not called, sent any correspondence regarding the status of my application. After a few months and under the advice of people, I decided to contact Ithaca housing to let them know I want my application deleted. For that they do answer right away and will oblige. My advice to people of Hispanic descent even attempting to apply here, don't and if you do and they don't answer a simple question then contact HUD.
A very understanding staff, this place cares about the community.
