Up front: Ithaca Gun Company's customer service response is non-existent. Despite offering multiple ways to contact the company, Ithaca ignored all of our attempts to get an answer to a simple question, We using all their offered ways to contact them. Silence is what we got. We will shop elsewhere.
Keith Schuller · March 20, 2018 Just received my Model 37 Featherlight 20 gauge back from the Ithaca service department. It was sent in for stock replacement. The new AAA stock is perfect and beautiful. Zak also replaced the forend at no charge so the new style checkering would match. The quality of the new Ithaca shotguns is excellent. Thank you for making an exceptional quality pump shotgun in America
I have had two 16 ga. mod 37's. I now have a 12 ga mod 37 manufactured in late 50's early 60's and a new 12 ga mod 37 bought this year. All have had the same problem after ejecting a spent round. Albeit to varying degrees. The chamber cycles in two rounds simultaneously upon ejection of spent round, thus preventing the first new shell from being chambered. My son has a 16 ga. mod 37 bought about 6 years ago with the exact same problem. He has sent his back to Ithaca for repair. It came back without any change. Still jams upo... read more
