My of toyota camry needed brakes I looked at other companys quotes they were expensive but at ithaca auto service the labor and parts were low priced but the quality was equal to the quality that a dealer would offer.

This shop is going to become very popular in this town cause all the chains on 13 charge so much cause of the college students they think that we will pay more. THERE IS NO ONE WHO WILL TAKE UR PART AND INSTALL THEM FOR YOU IN THESE BIG SHOPS. Kyle and his team did my brakes for me for a 130 plus tax. Which i had a quote from another shop quote me 789 for pad and rotors cause they wont install my parts that i already had thank you Ithaca auto service.
i was at the new shop in town called Ithaca auto service and meet the owner Kyle. He helped me so much cause i am new too town and don't now who would be trust worthy to work on my car while here going to school at IC. Kyle helped me by fixing a noise that i thought was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix he found a shield was rattling under my car. i love this shop i ve never seen in this town where the owner will do deals for the customer like kyle dose. he gave me 20% off my tires and a 18.99 oil change which is the price for a normal oil change which is pretty good compared too everyone else 21.99 and up and he under stood that i only had a certain amount for a budget to get my car fixed and he actually went under that amount which is amazing
i was driving around and saw that there was a new shop in ithaca and stopped in and i showed a quote from another shop for exaust and kyle said it looked high in price gave me a price that was a lot cheaper and was very helpful too get it done for me very reasonable thank you tihaca auto service
ithaca auto service is a good honest shop that treats there customers with respect unlike the other shops in this town when u can find a shop that charges low rates and helps you the customer that is a shop too go to in my book keep it going ithaca auto service
I took my car to Ithaca Auto Service to get a second opinion after taking it to one of the big name shops. the bigs shops told me i would need to spend over $1000 in order for my car to pass inspection and before i even thought about doing that i decided to get the second opinion. come to find out all my car really needed was new brakes.
