I have rented my apartment at 1692 Ellis Hollow Rd. from Ithaca Artisan for 7 years, and my landlords Ann and Charlie couldn't be nicer. I refer to them as "awesome!" They maintain the landscaping well, and plow the snow when needed. I love the rural setting yet closeness to Ithaca shopping. The apartment itself is cozy with a well designed layout and it is very well built. It is also very well insulated, my heating bill is low, and I never feel any drafts. The Ithaca Artisan property owners are wonderful people! I've lived in their properties for nearly 3 years and would highly recommend them. It was important to me that I found a place that was dog friendly - the owners have a great pet policy! They are quick to respond to my questions or maintenance needs. Their homes are amazingly clean when you move in, which shows they care about the quality of their properties.
