I've been coming to Agway since we moved to Ithaca 20 years ago. I almost always find someone to help me quickly. They are very knowledgeable about home repairs. If I have questions about how to do a certain task, they always provide helpful solutions. I've even gone in there wanting to buy a product only to be told how I could accomplish the task with what I already had (in that case, wooden matchsticks!).
Very helpful staff and good selection for many products. I was able to find an adhesive I couldn't get elsewhere.
I didn’t know when they closed because I don’t often go there, and they were really patient with me even though I was very confused about why the lights were out in a certain department, but it was just right before closing and then five minutes after so they were very patient. Which is great because I have old lady with memory problems energy , thank you agway.
