I find them to be very helpful, and they don't talk down to me because I'm a woman, even though I don't know a lot about home repair. They are very patient and respectful with me.

Bought power tools for over 3 k there. Had a problem with a chainsaw after 2 hrs of work. They told me that I didn’t mix properly gas and oil and that it’s my fault so they had to clean carburetor. Of course they charge me 90$. After 20 years of using chainsaw I’m more than sure that I know how to properly mix oil and gas so for me their explanation was not valid. Update! Finally have about half that has come up. Not going to hold my breath on rest of them.......I've been going to Agway since a child. They were always a helpful and trustworthy store. This year I purchased 2 bunches of asparagus, to replace a played out patch. To my surprise not a single one grew. When I asked for a refund or to replace them. I was told too bad. They don't do that. 20.00 is 20.00 I'm out. The 10 I purchased from the nursery to round out new bed, all grew. Disappointed in the store new policy.
