Little disappointed with service
Took our riding mower (4 years old) to have it serviced because it wasn't running well. They kept it 2 1/2 weeks. Got it home and the engine was still dying after one pass at mowing. Visible hole in fuel hose not fixed. Oil and fuel filter not changed. When I called, the man told me "you wanted it to run and it ran", and "a lot can happen in 4 years" (when I told him it was a newer mower) and suggested that we were mowing grass that was too tall (even though I can mow it with our push mower). He never said he was sorry and d... read more
