Jennifer Schiavi, NP provides excellent care. She creates a safe, comfortable environment, either in person or remote based on patient needs/preferences. She offers treatment options based on patient desires, and creates a plan of care directly with the patient. I have felt very heard and understood as a patient of hers and would recommend her to anyone seeking ADHD diagnosis/treatment.
My now 17 yo daughter has been coming to Ithaca ADHD and seeing Nurse Jen Schiavi since 2023. Our pediatrician tried several prescriptions that caused major mood swings especially when coming on or off the meds. Jen started with DNA testing that showed which family of medications were most effective and was willing to not push stimulants.
