This is only regarding their data recovery service - I had a HDD with mechanical damage that needed to be taken apart for recovery. When I spoke to them on the phone, we discussed this and they accepted the drive. Turns out they don't have a static room. OK that's fine, miscommunications happen. I ask them to ship the HDD back, and this process took several weeks (I'm in Boulder). Inconvenient but I understand things move slow sometimes. Laptop died 2 days after being bought and worked for next to nothing promoting business illegally. Would not trust your tech with these guys. Also bought laptop 2 years ago not 4.
Absolutely excellent service. The people that work here are so incredibly smart. The owner was so helpful in servicing me and also incredibly intelligent. They know their stuff. I’m impressed. Will be back again!
