Very satisfied. I called ITG before I moved overseas. I spoke to the owner for 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing a Geoblue policy through ITG. Stacy on their team was super helpful whenever I had customer service issues with Geoblue. Pro-tip -- I found the coverage that excludes USA treatment to be the much better deal as a long-time expat. I never got health care in the USA anyway.

I worked with ITG for travel insurance when scheduling a last minute business trip to Singapore. Their website was extremely easy to navigate. It provided me with plenty of information so that I could determine what policy was best for my travels. Spending five minutes to sign up for travel insurance, and knowing that I was protected in case something happened, provided complete peace of mind while traveling halfway across the globe. Wow ... called their number during working hours in order to buy medical insurance while traveling. I was given two options: (1) Dial-by-name, and (2) the Operator. That's it. No sales line. So I switched to the Operator but there was no answer ... just a voice mail for someone named Stacy Wheeler. What kind of company throws away money by not even having an option to speak to a sales person? Well, so much for ITG. Imagine if you were having a medical emergency and couldn't even reach a human during working hours.
