Pardon me, this review is a little late ! My name is Peter Felix G., and I promised to leave one after my visit. The owner was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. He even helped me charge a special battery for free and checked that it was still in good condition. I really appreciated the help! This is the place to be for phone repairs. I came for a screen replacement. Reasonable price and Kevin is pretty cool. He cleaned my phone from broken glass debris, speakers and the charger port for free.
Quality world class service at a reduced price!!!! Itek care mobile service was AWESOME. Kevin was attentive to my needs and got my laptop back in action in just under a few hours. He had the difficult task of taking apart my HP Laptop and replacing both USB-c ports which requires extensive soldering. Now my laptop is fully functional and I couldn’t be happier. Plus his prices are 1/3 of Besr Buy’s Geek Squad and 1/2 the price of the local Santa Clara Central Computer shop. I highly recommend Kevin for any type of cell phone... read more
