brought my oculus to replace the camera and the dude messed up the sensor to tell the oculus if youre wearing it or not and dtuck tape all inside of it... i asked for a refund and he acted like it was already there even tho he was the only one who opened it and when i retrieved it he also told me that it was hard to get the plastic cover off (because it has a ribbon cable connecting the sensor to the plastic). i tried to get my money back that i had given him just for him to give me the run around... he also cracked a piece ... read more
I would recommend going anywhere else for your phone repair services. I had an issue with my phone restarting every few minutes from water damage. I was assured it could be fixed and paid upfront for the cost of the battery/back screen and labor. The owner/manager had the phone for about two weeks and did not communicate with me at all. I kept having to call up there asking for an update and every time they would give me a new date the phone would be ready and assured me they would give me a call, but the call never came. $2... read more
I took my computer in, they opened it & said it was the motherboard. I took it to another place for a second opinion. While opening my computer in front of me we noticed how this place BROKE the internal pieces & never said a word! Just closed my computer back up & gave it back to me as if it never happened.
