THIS PLACE SUCKS. they replaced the battery, front and back glass on my boyfriends iPhone XR, the brackets on the inside of the phone that hold things in place including the battery are MISSING, they never cleaned up any old adhesive from the old screens, there’s broken GLASS SHARDS inside the phone from when they tore off the front glass. my boyfriend and i replaced the back glass and now we’re having to do the front glass ourselves too since they MESSED IT ALL UP. can’t give places 0 stars, i’m frustrated and have been fru... read more
if i could give 0 stars i would, went in for a front, back and battery replacement and they gave us a faulty battery the first time and the front screen started showing lines. they replaced the screen but didn’t have the right battery in stock. took them almost a week to finally go and get a battery for the phone and today the phone stopped working, we opened it up ourselves and the battery was loose and not even connected anymore. i’m about to call them and force them to give me my refund.

brought my oculus to replace the camera and the dude messed up the sensor to tell the oculus if youre wearing it or not and dtuck tape all inside of it... i asked for a refund and he acted like it was already there even tho he was the only one who opened it and when i retrieved it he also told me that it was hard to get the plastic cover off (because it has a ribbon cable connecting the sensor to the plastic). i tried to get my money back that i had given him just for him to give me the run around... he also cracked a piece ... read more
I would recommend going anywhere else for your phone repair services. I had an issue with my phone restarting every few minutes from water damage. I was assured it could be fixed and paid upfront for the cost of the battery/back screen and labor. The owner/manager had the phone for about two weeks and did not communicate with me at all. I kept having to call up there asking for an update and every time they would give me a new date the phone would be ready and assured me they would give me a call, but the call never came. $2... read more
