Custom built home and iTech chose not to put in at least 18 items that were on the plans. Slow response to come and fix their errors. An upper level person told me “the owner” if we think it doesn’t belong there or is overkill we do not put them in, that is a quote! I stated, we designed this electrical plan for a reason with an engineer. It is NOT the electricians choice as to where to place things(unless code is not met) or to disregard installation as per plans. Can’t believe this company is still in business.
