Was having problem pairing phone and laptop. Optus tried but couldn't help us and referred us to iTech Clinic in the Centre. Sunni the manager worked on the problem for at least one hour, and solved the problem. Unbelievable! Big Thank you Sunni for your service, knowledge and patience.
Staff are friendly can fix and replace all iPad. iPad Pro battery
You will be charged for "premium service" and "genuine parts" but let me assure you the parts received were not genuine and after visiting another place I found genuine parts were much cheaper. I am keeping evidence for future.
Went for fixing my screen for iPhone 12. They fixed on spot in around 25-30 mins. The staff was really good as well. Highly recommended
