Poor communication and horrible service
Great Lab. We have been using iTec for 5 years and send them all our cases. Great customer service and always accommodating. Never any issues when need to redo. I am picky dentist and they never have let me down. Thank you WellCare Dental
Our dental team has been using ITech Dental Lab for now, approx 2 years and could'nt be happier! The customer service is beyond amazing!! Duke always takes care of anything we need and Peter as well, is very sweet and accommodating!! Cases are beautifully done and always delivered on time ,if not sooner! We would DEFINITELY recommend ITech dental:)

The best dental lab I've ever worked with! I've been in dentistry for over a decade and have never worked with a more competent and detail-oriented dental lab. I'm VERY picky with my crown preps and impressions, and they're equally as picky with their restorations, so we make a great team! My other concern was that our offices are not nearby, but it makes no difference, their communication is fantastic and using pictures and emails, we've made some gorgeous cosmetic cases for many of our patients.
