INSANE SHIPPING COST. I got all the way to check out, on a $50 Buyers Pull Cable...shipping is $29.99 for an item that has a 3.3lbs ship weight. I am removing you guys as a vendor for our company. Shipping window provided at checkout has no bearing on actual delivery. Deceptive business practice. Tricks you into thinking product is available, and then charges you 5% to cancel order with indefinite eta. Too bad, otherwise good store front. good diagrams make part numbers easy to confirm. But not meeting basic inventory expectations in 2025, and punishing the customer for it.
This place is great. I accidentally double ordered some parts they called me the next day asked if I deliberately wanted double order. And when I said no they said the first set went out in the mail and they will cancel the second that that's never happened before. The honesty and integrity of this company is the best I've seen in a very long time
