Currently looking for a therapist and they were the first I was interested in. No one answered the phone, assuming because of after business hours. Left a message on their general mailbox answering the questions they wanted me to answer: name, phone number, how I found them, etc. Gave them my name, number, why I was calling and mentioned they were on the list of providers my insurance covers.
