Tim was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. 2 years later, I was in need of another unit and without hesitation, I gave Tim a call. Isaac and his team did a great job replacing my old HVAC unit with a new system and thermostat. Prior to installing the system he performed a site visit, took measurements, research the best type of unit to replace the old one. He also provided some tips on what we needed to do to maintain our new system. I would highly recommend ITB for your HVAC needs and maintenance.
