I was referred to ITB by a handyman in 2021. My furnace went bad prior to closing on the sale of my home. Tim was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. 2 years later, I was in need of another unit and without hesitation, I gave Tim a call. He regularly inspects my heat pump and addresses any issues. If you need a dependable HVAC guy in the DMV area, look no further. My family is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Yours can be too!

Isaac and his team did a great job replacing my old HVAC unit with a new system and thermostat. Prior to installing the system he performed a site visit, took measurements, research the best type of unit to replace the old one. He also provided some tips on what we needed to do to maintain our new system. I would highly recommend ITB for your HVAC needs and maintenance.
Isaac replaced my old smart thermostat, that was not keeping my heat or air at an accurate temperature, with a regular one and explained how to set it. Because of the size of the new one my wall needed to be repaired, which he did and cleaned up the area once he was done. Work was done in a timely manner. I was pleased with the work done.
Tim was incredible to work with. He was fair and responsive to all questions. Highly recommend him for hvac work.
