Its funny that this lady encourage people to file their own taxes through Turbo Tax because i use to think that way and on year decided to try iTax Solutions and Rosaly discovered that i could have gotten almost 4k more than what u did before sue to not really knowing what i was doing. Yes you might have to wait an hour more and yes she might charge you $125 but i have paid 300 and 400 in the past and got ripped off and paid 0 and didn't get what i was supposed to.
