I had my taxes done here in 2020 by Chelia. She stole my refund changed my direct deposit to go to their account. I Called irs to check on my refund status was told they been sent out a refund. Call the bank that irs told me they sent it at later to find out that someone cashed my check and forge my name. It took me two years to get that money back, which was last December when I got my money. I filed an affidavit with irs on her and pressing charges for fraud. Unprofessional, doesn't return calls, doesn't keep in contact with any client. Waiting on my tax return for 6 months now can't get in touch with anyone. Don't come here
