Left for potato salad during the snow today, my driver side windshield wiper was not operating correctly.. called Itasca Auto Pro’s on a whim, Jim answered with only a few minutes left of his day, and then waited for me to arrive. Proceeded to diagnose AND fix my problem in under 10 minutes, better yet he didn’t charge me a dime… if I would’ve had cash in my wallet I would’ve been trying to find a pocket to slip it into on his coat! Needed to have a family members vehicle fixed. Called over to this local shop and I talked to Jim. he was able to get our Ford Transit van in right away solved and fixed the coolant leak that we couldn't find.
The absolute best customer service I have ever received in the auto industry. I have brought in all my family cars and am treated fairly, with reasonable prices, and fantastic service times. A bright light in a dark world!
Itasca Pro Auto; Jim has taken care of 2 of my cars now (a Toyota and a Ford), because he’s the best auto mechanic to provide our family with our cars’ maintenance and repair services. He’s very professional, honest, and knowledgable about the different automaker recall details. We greatly appreciate his work and would highly recommend to others.
I've had a few repairs, check engine light and routine maintenance done on my car from them. They have always been honest, trustworthy, and polite and I have never had any issues with any of the repairs. They have always been very thorough in identifying and resolving the issues and patient in listening to my concerns that I had with my car. Their services are a little pricier than other places, but if you want to ensure good quality service and work, then it will be worth it.
