We had a issue, or what we thought, was an issue with our off-peak water heater. Tom came out and checked out our system. System working as designed. Tom explained to us when the off-peak cycled. We would disconnect water heater and well when traveling and didn't know the difference when reconnecting upon our return, if a weekday or weekend. Thanx Tom!!!

Terrific “small town” power provider. They are a Co-Op so it runs different than a corporation. Rarely have outages and when they do it gets resolved quickly. Been a customer for 14 years now and just one unplanned outage lasted over an hour. Knock on wood, I’ve never had a weather related outage either. Don’t call them much, rarely need to.
