Tom knocked on my door to let me know that our duel fuel system wasn't working. He looked at the wiring and was able to sort everything out very easily. It was nice to have a personable representative show up and fix our problem so efficiently.
My transformer blew in the middle of the night a while back and they had it fixed in an hour after I called to report it. It’s ironic how most of these reviews are complaining about the electricity price but yet they can easily afford a lake cabin powered year round :-) Of course they need to charge more when the population density is low versus big cities….. I haven’t had any issues with their power. Customer service has always been pleasant.
Overpriced, proprietary (aka. Monopoly) electric company in town that you have to stick with no other options. We’ve had multiple power outages during the season and the food went bad! We don’t come up north much but bills are insanely outrageous! Bad service and company policy is heartless. Don’t give any one time grace on late payment or payment plans.
