My transformer blew in the middle of the night a while back and they had it fixed in an hour after I called to report it. It’s ironic how most of these reviews are complaining about the electricity price but yet they can easily afford a lake cabin powered year round :-) Of course they need to charge more when the population density is low versus big cities….. I haven’t had any issues with their power. Customer service has always been pleasant.
Overpriced, proprietary (aka. Monopoly) electric company in town that you have to stick with no other options. We’ve had multiple power outages during the season and the food went bad! We don’t come up north much but bills are insanely outrageous! Bad service and company policy is heartless. Don’t give any one time grace on late payment or payment plans. I called this morning. Tree that uprooted from winds fell onto another tree that happened above our power pole and lines. With upcoming holiday weekend and kids coming the fear of the down tree falling onto the power line/ pole was a bit worry some. Called and spoke with Shanna at Itasca Mantrap this morning.
