Took the time to fully understand the issue. They fixed my leaky fridge in an hour and pricing was competitive among others I called. I will definitely use again.

I will never be using this company again. They do not guarantee their work, only their specific contractor does. And if that contractor is out of town and you need service because that contractor screwed up, they do not offer any help. On top of that, they use bottom of the barrel contractors that bring very little professionalism to the job. A and I appliances is just one example. I am so glad I found them on google! They have a high rating now I know why. I called Monday night and they were here Tuesday before lunch. They got my freezer cooling again in only a matter of 30 minutes. They were pleasant to work with and very honest with their pricing. I will keep them as my appliance repair company!
