I didn't get a chance to use the services because in order to be eligible for the discount I was required to leave my credit card on file. I'm not comfortable with that way of doing business so I never went back.

Was lied to about membership cancelling. If they would have told me I paid for a whole extra month. I would have used it. I was under the impression that I couldn’t tan any more. So I am upset how one person told me it was ok. Then I got charged. I just told them I would never come back. I think they suck. Yes I signed the contract. Yes I needed to cancel.
