The staff at ITAN are always so sweet, friendly, and helpful. They truly make you feel welcomed and appreciated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replace burned-out bulbs a little sooner, as it can sometimes take a while for them to be addressed. Overall, I appreciate the kindness and care the staff provides. Darlene and girls very knowledgeable on tanning products. Linda O.
