I called Ethan on a Sunday afternoon looking for a jeweler to do a jewelry cleaning for a necklace I needed fairly quickly. Ethan was incredibly helpful and while his facility was too small to do the cleaning (it was a large necklace) he had an associate that could do it in Downtown LA and coordinated the entire thing for me. I dropped off the necklace that afternoon and got it back the next evening. Ethan was incredibly professional and offered great customer service. Thank you Ethan!!
I hired Eitan for a bespoke engagement ring. The process of talking about designs and talking through ideas for both the form of the ring and the stone was just right. Plenty of information about options and suggestions about what they like and why, and no pressure whatsoever to choose anything I wasn't comfortable with. The ring came out just right, my then-girlfriend-now-fiancee loves it. Looking forward to working with Eitan for our wedding rings!
