Tried to cancel my membership over the phone and was told it was done only to have them charge me the next month, was then told I had to pay $5 to cancel , which I did only to have them charge me again now I’m $300 into trying to cancel. Very shady, they change their story daily... I had to cancel my card to end this.... im hours into this, they make it impossible .... total scam

I’ve been a member here on and off for a few years and always received amazing customer service and no pressure to upsell (they ask but no pressure). Good products and several options even for the very fair!
