Delicious vegan blue corn waffle with berries and seeds. Overheard they may be updating their hours to close Sundays but open for breakfast at 9. If I lived in the area, the waffle would be on my regular rotation, because good dairy-free breakfast pastries are few and far between.

Had the Whole Enchilada and the green apple, cucumber, kale, lemon juice. The tortilla in the enchilada had a nice bit of a bit from the red chili and the entire combination was delicious. It's so exciting to find a vegan restaurant that is healthy and delicious!
New Mexican cuisine, by default, should be smothered in chile. When I was ordering, I didn't realize the cashier never asked me about red or green. To my dismay, my burrito arrived with no chile inside or on top. I ended up requesting some at the counter (for an extra charge) and I was given a tiny condiment cup of it. It was sad to spread chile thinly onto a dry burrito like that! Additionally, the burrito was wrapped in paper and brought out without utensils, despite specifying the order was 'for here.'
