Do not buy from this company. They are dishonest, their equipment will break, they will not honor the warranty, and they will blame you for the problems. After reading this review, look at the other 1 star review to confirm he had the same issue. I bought two pieces of equipment at the same time, over $20,000 spent. Table Top Dough Divider: It arrived not functioning. We had to get on tech support, I had to open the side panel and push a fuse back in that had blown somehow even though it was new. We purchased some pizza equipments, Francesco was extremely nice to us, he is very knowledgeable and professional, explained everything to us and helped us to do the best choices for our business, we were here basically for a new oven, but we also purchased their mixer and their pizza press, our equipment arrived on time expected. Great customer service, we are looking towards another equipments to our store. Thank you so much Francesco and team.
Great experience with Italiana! I’ve purchased two pizza ovens from them over the past 4 years and their service has always been excellent. Francesco has been super responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Would definitely recommend!
