Quality products, top of the line service.
I recently purchased the countertop dough divider and what a huge mistake. I paid $10,000 for a piece of equipment that doesn’t even work for the dough I make. The weights were so inconsistent. I contacted Francisco about the problem and he told me that this divider only works for a dough that is a certain hydration a certain temperature after it’s out of the mixer.
