I'm the last person to visit a gun shop, but who knew they have the best optics for birding! I went twice, once to buy a spotting scope, and once to buy a pair of Swarovski binoculars, and both times, the service was great--especially from both older gentlemen, who really knew their stuff. They let me into the rear office to test the binos out the window, as this was a very expensive purchase and I needed to put them through the paces in a somewhat natural setting. Watch what you may purchase from the used rack. I was attempting to buy an old used .22 rifle, and upon time to pay I noticed the rifle rang up at a significantly higher price then the advertised price. No big deal I thought, but when I brought it up, all of the sudden the clerk decided there was something wrong with the gun and went to the back to confer with the other employees. This is a great store with excellent stock of firearms and accessories. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
