I always order pizza, wings, and other food from Italian Pie Pizza, and it has consistently been good. Unfortunately, today’s order did not meet the usual standards. I placed my order in advance, but when I arrived, it was delayed. I understand that delays can happen, but the wings were also extremely salty. I regularly recommend this place to friends, so I was very disappointed with today’s experience. I hope this was just an off day and that the usual quality returns soon.
8/2/26. Placed an order for pickup. I arrive at 12:30pm. The door is closed & locked. Open sign is on. Called 3x with no answer. I’ll be back to collect my $$. Won’t be back after that. Fix your schedule or shut down.
I ordered a pie online on 6/14, prepaid through the website and received a pickup time. That time came and went. I called and no answer, so I showed up to pick up my food. The cashier said he found no order, and also their pizza maker wasn't there so they couldn't fulfill the order. I had prepaid but he said because no order had come in he couldn't cancel or refund the money. I asked for the manager to call and left my number. If you go here, the customer service is great. But, this is NOT "The Original Italian Pie". I went there to get their sundried tomatoe dressing. Man, I was really upset. But, I still ordered their grilled chicken salad and galic bread. Delicious.
